Jim Himes (US Rep) tweeted that more than a few Republicans are openly relieved by this ruling.
Which is why this law will NEVER be overturned. The GOP went wobbly just thinking about how to deal with the loss of subsidies. Can you imagine how fast they would run away from a full repeal?
I am not surprised at all. I sense that a few Republicans know that the party itself is dying and that in time it will go by the wayside.
