I can’t wait to read the decision and find out what their “logic” was. The statute was clear, The intention was clear. Neither mattered. The law says whatever judges and the President says it means.

Can’t tell you how many people I see in practice (I am an NP) who tell me their doctors have retired and literally moved out of the country. It’s not something you ever hear in the news .... But it’s happening in spades.

Our judicial system has evolved into a farce of what it was designed to be. This was about as clear cut as could be. At least we now know what to expect from other soon to be released “decisions” regarding the progressive agenda.
