Please understand this is not intended to afflict you or any of our clients. We loose on many counts if shopping on Amazon is an underwhelming experience to our valued customers like you.

I hope you understand our business limitations in this regard.

Amazon.com has absorbed many blows to get sculpted to what it is today. It is your comments, criticism, suggestions and patronage which give the organization its shape. We welcome your feedback and appreciate your thoughts. I assure you that your feedback will be escalated to the highest possible matrix.

Many concerns are getting reported on the outrage related to the confederate battle flag.

We promise an appropriate action on this issue with in the threshold at the earliest.

Till then, your patience and understanding are appreciated.
