I'll explain. The following organization disseminated a wave of propaganda to several outlets claiming that conservative whites in America are the biggest terror threat: quite a few different articles saying essentially the same thing but in different words. Read the following carefully, especially the last line.

New America receives funding from both the private and public sector. Seventy percent of its financing comes from private companies and individuals, while the rest comes from public institutions, including the U.S. government.[citation needed]

The list of organizations and individuals that supported New America in 2013 includes more than 140 contributors. The top donors, giving more than $1,000,000 each, were the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Lumina Foundation, Eric and Wendy Schmidt, and the US Department of State.[22]

You'll notice the numerous pages about the same racial non-issue at their site (the organization's home page, not Wikipedia) along with more sincere material about the importance to them of international trade and global governance.
