Please provide proof that this problem actually exists beyond a few bad "actors" in Corporate America like Disney and SCE where less than 1000 people lost their jobs to H1-Bs.

I bet you cannot back up your assertions with actual verifiable proof of a systemic problem across Corporate America. In other words, Americans ARE NOT losing jobs in horrific numbers in any sense of the word.
