My Take: 1. Give a speech to both houses of Congress. Ask for a decaration of War on IS.
2. Call for 75,000 volunteers to serve for one year.
3. Send six carriers to the area for round the clock bombings.
4. Rent or buy old cruise ships to carry the American Expeditionary forces (and any other nation who want to help even if its Russia)
5. Invade Syria, Lybia, Iraq. Crush ISIS—take no prisoners.
6. When they are defeated—leave a local tyrant in charge and come home to a big parade in New York.
7. Release all the Gitmo people before the attack so they can die with their brothers in IS.
