If you listen to Ted Cruz talk about the trade bills (or any issues, for that matter), you can hear the sincerity in his voice and with the things he says, that he isn’t about playing political games or theater...he’s about right vs. wrong and a Constitutional America vs. Totalitarianism.
I’m so sick of people bashing him, without ever hearing his actual words or reasons behind what he does, and tearing down, who I think, is the best candidate we can ask for at this time in history.
It amazes me, all these people who LOVED Reagan and wish he could be here.....that they don’t see Ted Cruz is that other Reagan. Is he 100% perfect? No. Was Reagan? No. But there is NO candidate that will be 100% on board with EVERYTHING we do, because WE are not all 100% on board with the same things. It’s impossible. The fact that Cruz has THE highest Conservative rating in politics, that he espouses his FAITH ALL the time, talks about God as often and humbly as he does, and brings God into everything he does....speaks VOLUMES about who this man is. He’s either THE BEST actor and fraud ever, or he’s the exact opposite of the typical politician in DC. I believe it’s the latter, especially considering his track record of actions matching words, and as we all know, actions speak louder than words.
I shook Ronald Reagan’s hand. I also remember what he went through in 1980 to get the nomination. It was no different than what Ted is going through and was arguably worse.
Don’t worry. Ted is a big boy and is man enough to handle the mud slinging.
Your post is a representation of the millions of grassroots who can hear the sincerity in Ted Cruz. They know he’s the real deal. And it is the grassroots level that Ronald Reagan connected and won over the American people even as the media tried their best to crucify him
Cruz will win. We just need to be patient and wise, and ready for lies, dirty tricks and yellow journalism.
