TPA is not the problem....It’s how it’s been altered and that was done by Boehner .
The bottom line is this Agreement
1. empowered Obama
2. was SECRET
3. went against the US Constitution
and Cruz
4. went against his voters and supporters
thereby vetting himself as a sell out
5. is coupled by appearance of impropriety and
conflict of interest to Goldmann Sachs.
6. empowered Obama by SECRET Agreement
TPA is not the problem....It’s how it’s been altered and that was done by Boehner .
TPA enabling and fast tracking secret Obama trade agreements was/is the problem.
Only if you wish those Obama agreements to pass Congress was/is this TPA “not a problem”. I myself never wished to enable any secret Obama agreements. All flavors of this TPA did/do that. Belatedly as it may be, I’m glad to see Cruz come to that opinion also.
