I’m not defending Rove. That’s just foolish to say so. My point is that there is so much legit to go after Rove on, there is no need for a misleading header. You cheapen your case when you take it to thinner ice.

The point is that Rove's comment was anti-Second Amendment and complaining about the 'headline' doesn't change that.
