He said, and I quote: "I mean basically the only way to guarantee that we will dramatically reduce acts of violence involving guns is to basically remove guns from society, and until somebody gets enough “oomph” to repeal the Second Amendment, that’s not going to happen."
He's SUPPORTING the liberal argument that to reduce gun violence, you have to remove guns from society.
He's LEAVING OUT that there are many other forms of violence that do not involve guns. He's LEAVING OUT that more times than not guns are PROTECTING lives. He's LEAVING OUT that other countries with absolute gun bans still have mass shootings.
He's gone ALL IN on the liberal argument.
The paranoia on FR is a foot deep. There will be no executive orders or changes in the constitution and at least half the country (along with Rove) knows that.
Oh! Phew! Yeah, I was worried for a while. I mean, I almost thought we'd have a Socialized Medicine law pushed through someday! I almost thought we'd have an out of control rogue President that ignored courts, constitutional limits, and congress! I almost thought we'd see congress and the senate pass laws they never actually read!
But all that would just be rampant paranoia, huh?

I just want to point out that Obamacare was brought to you nothing but Democrats.
Not a single Republican vote was cast for that mess.
And I know there are some liberal Republicans in the batch.
In other words the party that Karl Rove supports is not for Obamacare or gun control and he knows it,Now even if he is 100% for gun control you will not hear him call for a change in the second amendment because he know such an effort would fail.People forget as a pundit he is now paid to say things....so he has to say something
I would like him to clarify further but I see nothing in his statement that tells me he is advocating anything.
