Ok. If those are the kind you are referring to then I will concede he might, just maybe, it could be possible, if the stars are aligned right, and he holds his tongue in just the right position that day; maybe.
That's not saying much.
If he was as "independent and transparent" as he claims, he would also be encouraging Americans who wish to move to Mexico to ignore Mexican immigration laws and condemning The Mexican laws as being too anti-human being... Illegal Americans don't need the same protections that illegal Mexicans do.
He's a sanctimonious FRAUD!
If he is broadcasting in American airspace he is a propagandist pure and simple.
Are there any similar channels ALLOWED in Mexico encouraging lawlessness? Just curious.
