Everything I’ve seen shows he was on illegal street opiods and amphetamines, which simply means he’s an evil racist scumbag who also happens to be a pillhead. I don’t see drugs making any real difference one way or another - evil is evil and white trash is white trash, and when the twain meet it’s not pretty.
