Thank you! It is every place. But this is one of the reason the Mexican have vacated the homeland. Have ever heard of the one of Southern California worstest Latin gangs called Eight[8] Street Gangs in Los Angeles county and San Diego County and northern California, such as, Oakland, San Francisco, other Bay area cities; Bakersfield and other cities during 1990 through 1998. They recruited the very young directed by adults who were 18-45 plus Latinos male and females who roam the ghettos of LA and East LA, Compton,South Central spreading drugs, prostitution, murder, paid neighborhood protection of good honest people who often times where those over 55 years; and families who were trying to become the Dreamer, enforcing young male and female into gangs by going out in the streets and killing an innocent person as an initiation into the membership for the Cartel form South America and the USA.

What happened to them well the people with the assistance of Attorney General during that time and other law enforcements shipped them back to South America in between 1998-2000. They were deported back to wherever they come from but they return with new names and are one of the largest gangs ever - 5,000 plus membership all over California and the USA.
