If this man went into a black church on prayer night to kill people because they were black Christians he’s a monster - and this is a hate crime.
Anyone who commits such a crime is monstrous - especially with the cold precision this shooter exhibits.
What I’m tracking is one of any number of reasons for the motive or purpose behind it.
