Those flags on the left side, the top one looks a bit like the Netherlands flag with an English St. George’s flag in the miniature on the left and Netherlands on the right.
The 2nd flag looks a bit like Nigeria’s, the green and white.
I certainly don’t see those as soccer patches.
What is the emblem over the heart area is curious too, can’t quite make it out yet.
