Could be... can’t see frames but it’s so pixilated there could be, just as the yellow patch looks barely there in the first pic because of poor resolution.
[On the other hand maybe the white’s not his nose, maybe his nose is angled more toward the camera and the long swath of blurry hair is covering it up.
That yellow logo on the sweatshirt might give him away, it’s an odd color for a logo on gray.

Distinctive logo, odd haircut -- feels like misdirection.
People's eyes are going to be drawn to the logo and not notice other things. My guess is the clothing, hat, Timberland boots, and any possible wig were purchased at a flea market far from the area some time ago, worn just for this operation, and then immediately disposed of.
Just wondering: is it normal to wear a long-sleeved sweatshirt in Charleston in the summer - even at night?
Seems to me it is a hot & humid environment...
