Why the long sleeve shirt worn over another shirt?...Charleston had a high temperature of 99 yesterday and was probably in the mid-80s at around 8 PM, the approximate time of the shooting. This person was covering up something...arm tattoos, breasts, protective gear...or, the second shirt was part of a disguise?

The vest could also be for suppressing signs of female breasts ... squash them down .. the photo at the main door with the car off to the back - side ... the perp’s face looks to have feminine characteristics... Hair could be real - a very lesbo look I have seen many times.
Either that or a very feminine looking guy. Skin color is not white-white ... tanned — could be any mixed race. Just some thoughts...
