Does SC have numbers on their front plates? Our state does not. The front plate, if there is one, is usually some novelty plate. If SC does require a license number on both front and back then either the guy covered them up or the authorities are lying. That plate is in full view and they should be able to read the numbers.
South Carolina doesn’t require a front license plate. The front plate could be an interest group logo, a car dealer ad, etc. A hit-man/woman would not want any distinctive feature on his/her car, and that suggests it’s stolen.
