I don’t think he can or would outspend the Koch brothers. What I heard him say is he has enough money HE can’t be bought, which is probably true.
I think if he thought he actually had a real chance to getting elected he’d spend all he had to to make it happen. But he’ll probably just spend enough to hurt Republicans and help Hillary.
