Getting back to a belief in God, that He made you the way you are, your color and gender, and that your body is a Temple; that you are to care for it by living a healthy life-style - all of these teachings, were they to be followed by more than a fraction of the population today, would alleviate much of the mental & physical problems we’re seeing today.
