I’m not sure what power the Senate committee has, but Sylvester Stallone was subpoenaed to testify about his testosterone use. (He was pinpointed in an FBI sting for importing the hormone.) I read he wrote back saying, “I’m 61 years old and still doing action pictures. Kiss my ass.” I never read another thing about it. But the baseball player testified, lied and it destroyed his career. If Stallone got away with saying no perhaps they have no enforcement power?

No, the Repubs (Nixon, Bush, Rove, Libby) have to cooperate because if they don't, there will be every news outlet in the world doing a war-dance around them (doing Loretta Sanchez' pantomime), until they beg for mercy.

With demwits under accusation, the newsboys don't even say boo.
