One of the bikers arrested last month in Waco is scoffing at the police chief’s contention that he had reason to jail over one hundred bikers on a $1 million bond.
Matthew Clendennen wants the U.S. Department of Justice to look into how the Waco police chief and a justice of the peace could get by locking up all 177 bikers after the May 17th shooting that left 9 people dead.
Clendennen says he isn’t a gang member, but that he belongs to the Scimitars motorcycle club – one of the clubs that was called to Waco last month for a meeting. “We are just guys that like to ride motorcycles and get together.” adding that they have many charitable causes.

The State of Texas AG should step in and take over the investigation, because what we are seeing is the Whacko PD and the local sheriff in the process of covering up a bunch of murders that they did. There has been such a trampling of Constitutional Rights by these killers in blue that they need to be pulled to the curb now.
I hear that one was shot in the heart and the rest in the head. You will not see any reports on the wounds.

One “biker” that was arrested, an highly decorated former active duty marine, drove up in a pickup truck and was arrested. He served several tours in the ME. He knows what an assault rifle sounds like. He said he heard assault rifles being fired and saw some of the officers firing randomly into a crowd of bikers.
