Establishment Republicans desperately trying to secure the passage of Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), which would give President Obama fast-track authority to secure congressional approval of at least three secretive trade deals, are now willing to increase taxes on small businesses in a way that would violate a pledge almost every Republican Congressman has taken when elected into office.
To secure final passage through Congress of a package that would include TPA fast-track authoritywhich would ensure finalization of the secretive Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) and Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA), among other dealsthe House would need to pass the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) package that was necessary for Senate passage of TPA. The House voted TAA down 302-126 with widespread bipartisan opposition to last week, but House Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)and his allies in House GOP leadership have pledged that they will try to pass it again early next week. The vote would potentially be on Monday, but more likely on Tuesdayand if there is no vote by Tuesday, its unlikely that Ryan will be able to succeed in his ploy to revive TPA.

Hey, this is the same effect as a carbon tax.
The best thing to do, in order to keep from getting your fingers slapped or to prevent others from acting like teacher’s pet, is to just stay away from the sidebars.
Once they’re in, they can stay as long as they want, for the most part. People just pull the lever for the candidate they know, and then there are all the people the incumbent has “helped” while he was in office. It’s a scam. We need term limits.
One of the worst RINOs is Rep. Cole in OK. He comes from a well-known family, and no matter how poorly he represents his constituents, they keep voting for him.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...
How’s that majority working out for y’all since 2014???
Shame on us again...
Still got ObamaCare, Debt is still climbing, Iraq is ALMOST gone, everyone else outside our borders don’t trust us anymore...
I bet the slim chance we maintain the majorities in both houses, and somehow get the WH...
I can safely say nothing will, or can be done to reverse, and get us back to a condition “pre-Obama”...
The very same republicans will never let that happen...
I say we fire them all and start over...But that will require those voters who can overlook the attractiveness of their reps, and send them home...
I seriously doubt anyone would do that...Regardless of their voting record and position on the issues...
If they are worth voting back into office, let them sit out a term, and then run again, out of accepting the obvious...
Otherwise, this country is spinning its wheels...
And yes, I’d fire Cruz, Cornyn, and my guy Olsen...Just to wipe the slate clean, and put people in there, that are not infected by the D.C. bug...
Just my opinion...
