It may seem that way, it’s not. It’s a wonderful place to live if you avoid the ghettos.
Personally, I don’t get the draw of San Fran which I have to visit annually.
Vision, that’s good to know. Son and DIL are in NJ and we’ve been wanting to see the Francis Scott Key site not too far from there. And we NEVER go into San Fran.
