I don’t see this issue with the U.N. as having a zero chance of passing. The MAJORITY of Americans support withdrawing right now. The more noise created about it, the more chance people just might see the light. Frankly, it might go a long way in uniting this divided country. Most Americans HATE the U.N.
I remember Ronald Reagan telling them “Don’t let the door hit you on the way out”.
Let me second that emotion.
If the citizens of this country had an inkling of understanding of the damage that is being done by UN Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development policies the UN would be banished from this country.
How about Iran? Then, all the liberal women at the UN would have to wear burkas and all the men would have to stop drinking and pledge allegiance to the Supreme Leader. They could live happily ever after.....

Because it’s worth a whole lot of “bother,” and unless someone starts the “bothering process,” you’re right, it won’t happen. When I read stuff from people like you, I am thankful that you weren’t in the majority when our forefathers decided to take on the Red Coats. Does your tail ever come out from between your legs?
I had the kids pass out flags and lapel stickers for Flag Day today in church after they led the pledge of allegiance to the flag, the Christian Flag and the Star Spangled Banner.
I remember the patriotic celebrations of yesteryear. IMO our usefulness as a nation to God has to be coming to an end. Our new found land served as a catalyst for world evangelism. Now missionaries are coming to our shores to evangelize us in our sorry state.
Good move but it ain’t happenin’.
Like it or not...we are not isolationists and never will be. And the UN is one of those Global groups. It’s alive and well and while I certainly don’t agree with everything that happens, you need global participation.
