I want to read the TPA so I can make a recommendation to my Congressman on an up or down vote. Where is it hosted?
TPA has been published for a month or so ... I saw it earlier ... I will see if I can find it again

TPA is not a bill yet - it is still being negotiated. When it is written, it will be posted publicly for 60 days before it will be voted on.

See Post #4 - highly secretive - congress critters can read it in seclusion but may not take notes. Isn’t that just the way we want our legislators to do their jobs? No idea why this is so!
