Congressman Allen,
I wanted to request that you vote “NO” on the upcoming House vote scheduled for today (regarding trade). The people of the United States have had enough of this back-room, “pass it before you read it” legislative process. This administration has shown, repeatedly, that it cannot be trusted and that it does not have the best interests of American citizens in mind. The fact that this president is so adamant in his support of this trade bill should immediately raise the red flag. We’ve heard it all before; how wonderful these sorts of legislation will be for the country (ObamaCare, amnesty, etc.). Now, we have the legislative branch ceding powers to the executive? Congress has no constitutional authority to do such an act.
Again, for the good of GA; for the good of the country, vote AGAINST this proposal in today’s vote.
Again, Mr. Limbaugh is conspicuous by his absence this week. In the past his efforts played a major role in melting the phone lines and halting several very bad things.
Someone apparently told him to go and get lost this week.
