So, lemme get this straight... the House sends a Bill to the Senate that is supposedly to prevent Lois Lerner from Lois Lernering tax-exempt groups.... and the Senate throws in an amendment to give all the power of granting and approving treaties and extrastate commerce that the constitution reserves TO CONGRESS, to THE EXECUTIVE?
