FYI - Obama does not need the TPA or TAA in order to pass TPP. It’s just that without TPA, especially, he can pass TPP without the public seeing what’s in it. WITH TPA, the public will have 60 days to review it and see what’s in it.

Very strange...NYT says the bill was rejected. I wonder if ‘O’ will veto TPA which does not include TAA?
