Ted Cruz has stated at a May 30 NH Town Hall that keeping TPP is STUPID. He is not in favor of keeping it secret.
However, TPA requires TPP to be made public for 60 days before TPP is voted on.
TPA is not secret and is not a bad bill. TPP is secret and may be a bad bill.
Well where can I read the text of it?
Why is Jeff Sessions warning me about it?
Why is Paul Ryan telling me I can find out what’s in it when they pass it?
I really don’t get it.
I understand that, and I heard Cruz’s answers regarding these things in the town hall meeting.
So it is clear to me at this time that Ted Cruz has not voted yes on a secret bill, but that he voted yes on a bill whose text is available to read, and that is actually really good news.
