Barber: School for Scandal Overture

The second subject at the 2 minute mark is gorgeous. And Barber uses sonatina format.

Neither Barber nor Williams were prolific, but when then hit it they git it.
Pachabel was not that prolific either

Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau with the Julliard Quartet. Barber nails the Matthew Arnold poem.
