Jeff Sessions Issues Final 'Critical Alert': Obamatrade Just Like Amnesty, Obamacare
Breitbart ^ | 11 Jun 2015 | MATTHEW BOYLE

Posted on 06/11/2015 5:30:41 PM PDT by xzins

Sessions’ final “critical alert,” one of several he’s issued throughout the Obamatrade process, shows House Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)60% has been engaged in deception as he attempts to guide Obamatrade’s passage through the House.

“Promoters of fast-track executive authority have relied on semantic obfuscation in an effort to deny the obvious: the President’s top priority is obtaining fast-track authority because he knows it will expand his powers and allow him to cement his legacy through the formation of a new political and economic union,” Sessions said.

The authority granted in “Trade Promotion Authority” is authority transferred from Congress to the Executive and, ultimately, to international bureaucrats. The entire purpose of fast-track is for Congress to surrender its power to the Executive for six years. Legislative concessions include: control over the content of legislation, the power to fully consider that legislation on the floor, the power to keep debate open until Senate cloture is invoked, and the constitutional requirement that treaties receive a two-thirds vote. Legislation cannot even be amended.

“By contrast, without fast-track, Congress retains all of its legislative powers, individual members retain all of their procedural tools, and every single line, jot, and tittle of trade text is publicly available before any congressional action is taken,” Sessions said.

Another obfuscation is the suggestion that TPP doesn’t yet exist. To the contrary, it has been under negotiation for six years and lawmakers can enter a closed-door, walled-off chamber to review it.

“The so-called negotiating objectives in the fast-track bill are merely for show,” Nucor Steel chairman emeritus Dan DiMicco says, according to Sessions. “The President can and does sign the agreement before Congress views or votes on it.”

I’m sure they’re the same ones that have stabbed us before. The RINO’s and my Rep is one of them.

A simple majority passes it, but 60 votes will rewrite it.

No, in order to stop any bill, you only need 51 votes. You need the same 51 votes to pass it.

To stop most bills in the Senate you need 41 to prevent cloture. The bill never comes up for a vote.

The fortune 500 companies want management to be on the job 24 - 7, and lay off our baby boomer and Gen X U.S. staff with deep experience and knowledge to move that work offshore to people who make $5K a year. Businesses have downsized and not invested in training and education for 20 years to cut expenses, so there is no backup or up and coming stars in the U.S. This country and it’s business are taking their own customers out of the workplace. Where do all these service workers who are being laid off go? There’s nothing left to retrain for. They wind up on the unemployment rolls, followed by working at some place like McDonalds who can’t get kids to show up for work. We are crazy! We are killing our own economy, and no one seems to care.

That’s right....

Bottom line will always be cutting costs regarding employees, and in today’s business climate being experienced means if you are hired they will milk you fast and hard and then let you go.

Three years is generally the time-line where everyone needs to be looking for “other” work...in most cases. Five if you’ve really got something they want and you can take the pressures.

There’s always someone right behind you willing to step into your place and companies generally already know who they will promote to that when you leave.

Damn I despise the lie that American workers are lazy.

///////////
DAMN RIGHT

H1B VISAS STARTED IN 1990. They average between 65 and 120,000 per year ....do the math on that! 25 years times 100,000 more or less. That’s 2.5 million of our brightest workers REPLACED by foreigners. Their jobs stolen from them.

Now maybe I could understand some bit of reason for this if these workers were super smart and like could put a man on the moon or something insanely incredible like that......HEY WAIT, THERE ARE WORKERS WHO PUT MEN ON THE MOON ......THEY WERE BORN RIGHT FREAKIN HERE IN THE U.S.A.

WITHOUT THE HELP OF STINKING NAFTA OR STINKING H1B TRAITOR VISAS.

PRESIDENT SESSIONS

It was America that created the modern world. We have more patents, more innovation, technology, medical advances, oil exploration than all other countries combined.
