Once it was allowed for doctors, we were done. There are now two standards: A real one for white/Asian guys, and the fraudulent one for preferred minorities. When you see this in action in the workplace it is pathetic; I see women “playing men”, and they can only deal with other tokens (with similarly diminished capabilities). Fortunately I’ve worked with enough sharp, qualified women to know it isn’t biological, just an entitlement mentality in a growing number of “preferred” people.
I'm thinking we are done. I'm thinking that so much is going wrong, that it is unsalvageable.
I'm thinking we need to work at strengthening our own communities and families, and help push this thing to collapse.
