Just leave the bread and peanut butter out. Stick to the nuts. All that processed garbage like bread is squeezed out of tubes in some depressing factory run by illegal aliens. It’s no good for ya.

when i was going to college I had about a $10 a week food budget- I lived on peanut butter and (apricot)jelly sandwiches, bananas, cheerios, and milk.
I think I will go back to that diet for a couple of weeks- it makes me feel good just thinking about it.
