STOP BLAMING OBAMA FOR BEING THE MARXIST, OPEN BORDERS, POWER-GRABBING, DICTATOR WANNABE THAT HE IS. Obama has been very transparent about his goals and agenda, and his use of secret legislation to achieve those goals and agenda should come as no surprise to anyone. The blame here lies with Boehner, McConnell, and every Republican that does not take a firm, visible stand against secret legislation and the surrender of legislative power under the Constitution to the executive branch.
