Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obamas executive authority when it comes to immigration matters.
The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it. Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered by Wikileaks are until now. (See below)
The presidents Trade in Services Act (TiSA) documents, which is one of the three different close-to-completely-negotiated deals that would be fast-tracked making up the presidents trade agreement, show Obamatrade in fact unilaterally alters current U.S. immigration law. TiSA, like TPP or the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) deals, are international trade agreements that President Obama is trying to force through to final approval. The way he can do so is by getting Congress to give him fast-track authority through TPA.
TiSA is even more secretive than TPP. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill can review the text of TPP in a secret, secured room inside the Capitoland in some cases can bring staffers who have high enough security clearancesbut with TiSA, no such draft text is available.
Voting for TPA, of course, would essentially ensure the final passage of each TPP, T-TIP, and TiSA by Congress, since in the history of fast-track any deal thats ever started on fast-track has been approved.
Roughly 10 pages of this TiSA agreement document leak are specifically about immigration.

This guy, Obama, give him credit, has become the most powerful lame duck POTUS in American history, thanks to a bunch of spineless and gutless Republican politicians.
It’s leaving us and has been since the elder Bush.
Yeah. We are now finding out what the "Hastert Rule" is really about.
I tire of this explanation for the clear treachery of these scum, there is a clear reason for their actions and it is not because they are spineless and gutless.
So here's the choice's regarding the election...
We vote for a flip flopper like Scott Walker who was for illegal immigration before he was against it.
.... .OR you support a candidate who thinks and takes every action to assure we the American public gets the best possible to get.
I say this because this things going to get passed....so I want to know where a candidate stands in the aftermath of this. I like that Cruz has made it clear the Immigration portions cannot give Obama or any other the power..that it must remain in Congress to determine.
Unfortunately Immigration and Trade are both bad for this country as they now stand.....how else can or representations change these without something in front to change? They've been throwing all sorts of amendments and objections at Immigration and Trade for years now without anything concrete changes....so Obama continues to use his power utilizing those as they stand now....
Can anyone believe otherwise, when our Press Corps reports breathlessly about a celebrity's sex change, with endless chatter, while seemingly ignoring secret legislation? Shouldn't the secrecy of a trade deal be sending up a red flag or two?
And is there a better time to engage in this kind of manipulation than when long-planned summer vacations have begun, when most Americans - including many reporters - are disengaged?
If he hadn't begun suddenly insisting on amendments, I'd be ready to denounce Ted Cruz, since many people decided to choose another battle and to proceed with summer plans based on his initially reported review.
Nevertheless, almost no one is asking why the secrecy? We're told our "partners" have insisted, but is that a reason for the U.S. to surrender so basic a part of our freedoms as is oversight by the people?
No sir. We can't trust the congressional leadership when they insist on there being nothing to see here. If nothing else, we can't trust even the best among the shoddy crew representing our interests in Congress to competently review and pass on to us the substance of legislation.
Even the best among them is overwhelmed and steamrolled, hoping for the best.
This one needs to be stopped in its tracks, at minimum, this week, not next week.
This week.
“Yes, Cruz’s amendment was voted down by a massive margin, so there are no protections from Obama tinkering with our immigration laws.
What did Cruz do? He voted for it anyway.”
Cruz, or any other Pol, will NEVER have to live next to the foreign bastards that get imported with these laws!
Joe average will get stuck dealing with the Gibberish speaking morons!
“Joe average will get stuck dealing with the Gibberish speaking morons!”
Says the proud descendent of a gibberish speaking moron.
Watching Kim Kardashian's ass grow...
The fast track to destroy America.
I renounced Cruz.
And the pro-ObamaTrade Cruzbots are frantically trying to shut me up.
No joke...
So you want the illegals living next to you?
The electorate gets the representatives it deserves.
If enough stupid people vote for stupid people to represent them,, you know the rest of the story.
This culmination of events reflects the true state of the country.
Too stupid to know who is out to fleece ya and then blame you when you are left shivering in the cold.
baaaaad move, America.. baaaadd move.
Is that the only other option? Ignorant comments like yours only help those which are pushing amnesty.
“The electorate gets the representatives it deserves.”
A rather simplistic and naive view.
Those with power and money manipulate the system for their benefit. Voters have less and less actual influence every year.
How did those amendments turn out?
