Things go from bad to worse for (Baltimore DA) Marilyn Mosby

Marilyn Mosby, the prosecutor in the Freddie Gray case, continues to make news for all the wrong reasons. First, her motion for a gag order in the case was dismissed because she filed it in the wrong court. The Baltimore Sun reports:

Judge Charles J. Peters ruled the motion lacked standing in an actual proceeding, as it was filed by Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s office in Circuit Court on May 14. At that time, the officers’ cases were still in District Court. They weren’t transferred to Circuit Court until May 21, when the officers were indicted.

Mistakes like this aren’t unheard of in litigation, but they smack of amateurism.

Second, it has been revealed that Mosby directed Baltimore police to ramp up narcotics patrols with increased “targeting” at an intersection near where Freddie Gray was arrested. Mosby’s directive does not, of course, bear on the question of whether police officers committed crimes in their treatment of Gray after he was arrested. An order to ramp up patrols isn’t an invitation to injure people.

However, Mosby’s directive seems to undercut what’s left of the criminal charges she filed in connection with Gray’s arrest, as opposed to his treatment thereafter.

It is really sad & heartbreaking, what Barack Hussein Obama and his Obamabot low life have done to entrap African-Americans into forever economic slavery and fanning the flames of forever racism!!! If these poor folks only knew where they are headed to in the coming future, total isolation from normal society. and. the Obamabots, the Sharptons their crooked pastors & minsters, the CBC , the NAACP, the Democrat Party will only keep filling their pockets with money gathered fron the poor, helpless, undeducatd Black masses.

However, there is rising among African-Americans and others groups of ministers, pastors, politicians, general citizens, that clearly see the slavery game played by Obama and his minions. As their voices become louder and the African-American community sees how badly the hav been used, abused, enslaved political and economically, maybe their workd can change for the better!!! They will finally learn that there never was an Obama...”Hope & Change” for them and all other Americans in the Obamas plahybook from the start!!!

Time for American Blacks to abandon the Democrat Party, their current leaders, and forge a true new path to freedom, education, opportunity and individual contribution!!! I hope so....for the Obama alternative will only lead to devastation and failure for themselves and their children for many years to come!!!
