A Detroit woman defended herself with gunfire early Tuesday morning when a group of men broke into her home.

The woman, .., said she was jolted awake around 2 a.m. when one of the men broke through her bedroom window of her home on Whitehill and pointed a gun in her face. Three or four more men followed behind.

Right off the top, she herself is black. Self defense is fully legal and even encouraged from the top down in Detroit. The left in Detroit may not like guns but they won’t say squat because its a losing issue in Detroit.

It wouldn't surprise me that every law abiding citizen in Detroit that is able to obtain a CPL now has one. As for those with criminal records, they likely carry anyway...........

I don't want to make it sound like a full out murder scene, but there were two, both about the size of a quarter. I think what surprised me most was the fact they were inside the closet. What the hell?

I took pictures and showed them to the personnel at the front desk. They apologized and offered to relocate me to a room with a hot tub. Like I'd really want to use that after this experience.
