I’ve been musing, is it better for Christians to try to police the world for morality, or to keep their own personal accounts with God short and be the best possible example while they “hold out the word of life”? It occurred to me this morning, if we successfully policed all moral problems out of view in the world but did not show it the need of a Savior or what a Savior could do, we would have failed in what it takes to get “stars in our crown.”
