A Muslim family from Long Island who were booted from the Empire State Building’s observation deck because they were praying has settled their lawsuit for an undisclosed sum, the Post has learned.
Fahad and Amina Tirmizi had said in their federal lawsuit that they and their two young children had begun silently reciting their evening prayers in a quiet spot on the 86th-floor deck at about 11 p.m. July 2, 2013, when two security guards roughly intervened.
The Farmingville couple was seeking $5 million in damages in the suit, filed last year in Manhattan federal court.
Although Amina briefly prayed with no hassle, a guard confronted Fahad and “menacingly poked” him as he told him he was not allowed to pray on the deck, the suit said.

Sonny, the truth of the matter is that Muslims have been demonstrating for many years that mayhem, murder, and destruction follow wherever they go. If you haven't figured this out already from current events, then you must be one of them. All of the nations in Europe are shouting out, "Don't let Muslims come in".
Historically speaking, Europe fought a long series of wars in order to get out from under the Muslim rule that oppressed them.
Don't be taking the "honesty or truth" angle where you are blind to reality. Islam is a cult of death and a form of oppressive government. If you were honest, you would already understand.
The statement to which you have so ignorantly responded was my challenge to the idea that the government has a Constitutional duty to expel muslims. Such a statement is pure poppycock, and I challenged it - the person who made that claim was smart enough to shut up, but not you. Does any other religion in the world try and execute people for blasphemy? No. Does any other religion in the world require that people not in their cult follow cult rules? No.
Since Islam has laws that it enforces upon everyone by the sword, it is a government and a religion. The government component of Islam is even now forcing people who live under the Constitution to follow their rules, which is itself a violation of the Constitution.
The Constitution certainly does protect the practice of religion, but such practice is not allowed to interfere with any who would practice another way. I can assure you, Islam interferes with the free practice of other religions by even executing those who don't follow Islam.
The Constitution does not document how to identify a religion, that function being left to We The People. Given the violent governing component of Islam, it is fair to recognize it as a dangerous cult rather than a religion.

I have never heard of anyone being beheaded within the US with official sanction by muslim leaders - and this is the only place where our Constitution applies.
Brush up on your middle Christian history. Lots of people were burnt and beheaded and otherwise punished for not being the right kind of Christian.
