I don't know. A 200 pound dude kneeling on a little girl with both knees digging into her back. He should thank God that she didn't get her back broken or worse. Glad he resigned. He was a nuisance who was given a bunch of chances to turn himself around. Not every cop is made for it. He was to dangerous to be a cop.

In his defense, I think he would have been just as overbearing with a white guy...
If he WANTED to provoke a crowd, he wouldn’t have needed to change anything.

absurd....she was doing television interviews the next day. He did exactly as trained in a mob situation. Technically, she was hindering an investigation, and resisting arrest. Little smartass loudmouth got what she desrved. Now he resigns...let the animals run the zoo. Never thought i would ever see this kinda nonsense.

So where are her bruises and injuries to support your claim he put 220 pounds of force on her?

Oh I don't know, they could have just dragged her, head flopping, to a van and given her a nickle ride without restraints or paramedics until she threw herself against the inside walls and killed herself.
