It’s not enough. Boehner relies on GOP incumbents from heavily red districts to carry the kenyan’s water for him. They love him because he catches all the flack while they cash the K Street checks. They’re not going to back unless they get carpet bombed with a lot more than phone calls.
To be fair, this bill is very close to failing. They would have voted on Monday if it was in the pocket.
