This is a damned shame, because there are plenty of qualified black attorneys out there.
Crap like this is just fodder for racists and bigots.
Instead of clamoring for affirmative action and demanding quotas and such, one would think “race activists” would go out of their way to jettison the incompetent and make sure that “white society” sees only the best and brightest black lawyers, engineers, doctors, and other professionals.
Under the current “system”, though, while incompetent white professionals for the most part fail on their own and are then culled from the ranks; competence (or incompetence) appears to play NO part in whether a black professional is “successful” or not. The only thing that seems to matter is the person’s racial politics.
