Black children are not even safe from police violence while trespassing,
disturbing the peace, assaulting others, and being drunk and disorderly.

5k fines would stop this, maybe, and get those single mothers into doing their job.

If all taxpayer support was automatically ended with a disorderly conviction of any of these ‘children’, the mothers would be making sure they were the best behaved children on the planet. We are long overdue for “pocketbook consequences.”
