Good information to know, I was a kid in the 2000s and 90s. When I read the book Helter Skelter he came off as conservative minded to me, but oh well I hope he’s found peace.
I am old enough to remember the crimes and the resulting trials. I had a lot of respect for Bugliosi, respect lost after he stuck his nose where it didn’t belong. He was wrong, of course. Gore did not win that election. And who was this county prosecutor to tell the US Supreme Court justices how to decide a case? He could have his opinion, as all US citizens can. But to call their decision treason? As I said, I lost all respect.
