“Been going on for years. All kinds of diplomas, not just law.”

This is what happens when Womyn’s and Minority Studies graduates cannot find work. They get AA’d into law school.

Question I want answered is who is taking the BAR for them?

Boston College Law School = $60,000 per year tuition. The mean LSAT score is 165. Not tier 1 law school level LSAT requirements.

If it turns out that these guys are indeed overcharged with all these public pronouncements coming out of her mouth, I wonder if these guys can still sue?

They have whipped up the public to the point they may be shot walking the street. Surely there is damage here.

"Question I want answered is who is taking the BAR for them?"

Those school teachers in Atlanta who specialize in testing alternative outcomes.

“BC is a Jesuit university, so they’re on the more liberal end of Catholic thinking. Although the undergrads have to take some theology coursework, none is required for JD students (classes and writing opportunities on Law & Religion are available). BC would never force students to attend religious services, and the overwhelming majority of students decline to do so.” quote from net.

BC is one of the better national law schools, I guess they have a minority admittance program too. I just cannot see this dolt as having the required scores and grades to gain admission.

Doesn’t matter where she went to school; how smart or ignorant she is; how much of a ditz or not. One thing; she is a RACIST! She is more of a community agitator/organizer like Obama than she is a lawyer. She should be disbarred over the way she publicly handled this mess.

Great comment from the article:

Let’s see…..

She charged several of the B6 with an “illegal” arrest. That charge never resurfaced as she had no legal standing to pursue it with any expectation of proving that.

Next, she claimed the knife was “legal” under MD. Law. OOPS…Arresting PO cited Balt Code. So, suddenly, her office releases a statement that the knife os not central to the case.

She files a motion for a gag order in the wrong court. Judge was quite “kind” in wording of the ruling, IMO, dispite her filing a motion in the wrong court & the Judge even having to take time to review it. She should take that mild admonisment as a “learning” experience to shape up or ship out.

There are extenuating circumstantial evidence of “conflicts of interest” , but she refuses to recuse herself.

She made numerous prejudicial statements in direct violation of MRPC 3.8.

She claims she does not intend to “litigate this case in the Media”, yet her every move is to highlight her own standing within the community & “obtain Justice by any means”.

She claims to have an “experienced” staff of veteran Prosecutors, yet none of them seem capable of providing her with any useful insight on proper Lawyering. Can one even imagine what an ordeal a trial will be for these “veterans” under her guidence, direction, and demands?

Like I stated in a previous post…This Judge has 24 years of Prosecutor experience verses her 5 months OTJ. He is not going to be tolerant of her ineptitude for very long.

She has embarrassed herself & the image of the SA Office . Nevertheless, she intends to “go down swinging” on this one. Guess she believes it will be a cake walk like when she stood before Judge Judy.

Guess she was pre-occupied with the Prince concert & that funky Black Circus. Yah…that’s what is was….

She is in for a very rude awakening, me thinks…..She is not going to be “center stage” in front of this Judge. Maybe time for her to brush up on her Law School notes ( hope they weren’t in cursive…LOL)

Some lawyer group needs to file disciplinary complaints with state bar association.

“Some lawyer group needs to file disciplinary complaints with state bar association.”

Good luck on going to the state bar association. Might as well go to Loretta Lynch and the DOJ. State bar associations rarely discipline members of the bar.

What’s the status of getting the autopsy report released? She’s been trying to quash that as well.

The only lawyer to have been disbarred in the state of Maryland, up until 2005, was my late dad’s. The guy had robbed clients to support his gambling jones. After doing time he opened a web sports betting advice site.

Your basic scumbag lawyer.

Little Miss Affirmative Action Airhead is and has been in way over her head.

True, but she is not acting on her own.

We may perceive her as having 'failed', but she KNEW that the Judge would deny it. Everyone knew. It was obvious.

So... the purpose was not to GET a gag order, it was to DELAY the info coming out.

TIMING is EVERYTHING.

The Black Beach Bingo Blanket Party is now starting to dominate the news.

The club protects its own. When they move up to Congress, they do the same.

The gag order was related to the autopsy report. It was to keep those officials who have seen it from discussing it with the media.

The Mosby types must enter government. A private firm requires a continuous cost to benefit relationship with the partners.

We as taxpayers do not get to shed the costly dead wood. It just piles up in the streets of government affairs and then burns, taking the structures with it.
