We have the freedom of religion...to believe as we will...God grants each of us free will and the Constitution he helped author does the same in that regard.
The government published bibles for schools with taxpayer funds. Thomas Jefferson whom liberals and anti-Christians believe was Deist (means differently than what you think) wrote a bible for converting Indians that included Jesus Christ. Indeed, if you look at my tagline you will see an actual quote from Thomas Jefferson. If you visit the Jefferson Memorial in DC you will see other quotes referring to God.

The Jefferson Bible that you are refering to is a heavily redacted work. Jefferson took a bible and with a razor and paste stripped out all references to miracles. There is no mention in Jefferson's book to a resurection or to divinity. His interest in Jesus does not go farther than moral guide post.
I don't believe the book was ever mass produced and handed out to Indians. I have a hard time with the idea that 18th Century Indians could have read a King James Bible. And in any case, there was no reference to divinity, so what would they have been converted to?
Jefferson believed in God which is in evidence in his writings including the Declaration. Jefferson did not believe in a divine Jesus. He certainly did not believe that Jesus created the United States.
