I don’t guess I know for sure what the difference is but Dukakis really did look out of place.
Walker, not so much.
The difference is that one was a phony photo op; the other is a man doing what he genuinely does. You’re welcome.

Would be interesting to know if he rode before he became an elected official. Did he ride in high school? College?
If he didn’t start riding until he was a politician, then he is just playing a role with a prop.
