This is Texas; it's a shame no real Texans intervened when thugs were kicking in doors. And, yes, kicking in a person's door demonstrates an immediate danger. When someone kicks in the door of a person's home, the problem is not the $200 to fix the door. The problem is the long-term loss of the feeling of security that decent people should have in their homes. A swift response, at 900+ fps, is entirely proportionate.

Yeah, but other than this guy’s facebook post, is there any actual evidence of them kicking in people’s doors, stealing a truck, vandalizing cars, stealing things, etc.?
911 calls? Police reports? Photos of damaged houses/cars/etc?
