The residents who called the cops probably won't lie for them. You can probably discount the residents whose doors were kicked in too. The Mom with her little kids may not be feeling very charitable after she was abused by them. I don't think they're going to find very many among their victims to vouch for them.
That does shed additional light on the McKinney events, but does not implicate the 15 year old girl that was tackled by the police officer in any of those specific incidences.
I suspect that the girl that was tackled, will have someone vouch for them and she is the one that actually has a case.
